Position: Field Admin Order Processor
Reports To: Order Processing Manager
Salary Grade: DOE
FLSA Status: Full Time / Non-Exempt 
Location: San Antonio, TX

DOCUmation is a privately owned technology solutions company that provides IT, print, and software-managed services to businesses and organizations throughout Texas. Headquartered in San Antonio, TX, our company has been serving customers for more than 30 years.

Description

This role involves the efficient and accurate processing of customer deals across all branch divisions, ensuring timely booking and funding. The position requires effective communication with branch coordinators, sales representatives, administrative departments, and finance partners. Monthly reporting and a solid understanding of order processing skills beyond entry level are also key aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Excel for spreadsheet management, workbook creation, pivot tables, and charting
  • Manage email communications, scheduling, and timely follow-up
  • Communicate effectively with branch coordinators, sales representatives, and finance partners
  • Process customer deals with finance partners accurately and efficiently
  • Meet order processing, booking, and closing deadlines
  • Prepare and maintain monthly reports
  • Process orders in E-Automate and Agent Dealer systems

Experience & Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Experience using E-Automate preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Education and Certification

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Industry experience: 5+ years

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneel
  • Manual dexterity to use hands and fingers to handle and control computer and telephone keyboards
