Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Clinic Hours

Compensation: $58,000 - $62,000/year (based on experience)

This position oversees the daily operations of the front office, ensuring efficient workflows, outstanding customer service, and a welcoming environment. The Office Coordinator provides leadership, training, and support to front desk staff while serving as a central point of communication between patients, providers, and referral sources.

  • Lead and supervise front office operations, fostering a positive, patient-centered culture and delivering exceptional service to patients, staff, and referral partners.
  • Manage front office staffing, scheduling, and coverage plans to support efficient daily operations and maximize patient access to care.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop front office team members, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and administrative processes, while maintaining accurate front office functions such as authorizations, charge posting, and record management.
  • Monitor operational expenses and inventory, ensuring effective cost management and timely ordering of office supplies.
  • Assist and support all essential functions of the Patient Service Specialist job 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Two to four years of high-volume, medical office experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One to two years of supervisory and management experience preferred.
