Order Packer/Labeler

Benefits include a 401(K) Plan of 6% with 3% company match, health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, dental & vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability coverage, 13 PTO days, union position, annual union salary increase, a potential weekly bonus of $15 based on attendance, annual profit sharing contributions, 11 paid holidays, $0.35 cent raise after 3 & 6 months of employment, and service awards.

Responsibilities include packaging items/cartons/skids by order per sales order request, having all packing materials ready, verifying item quantities, stretch-wrapping and banding skids, assisting with measuring and weighing cartons, labeling packages, manually loading containers, ensuring a clean and organized work area, working in a safe manner, and performing other duties as needed.

Qualifications include fluency in English, basic math and English reading skills, being a team player and a motivated self-starter, the ability to lift 50 pounds, flexibility with start and finish times, and being 18 years or older.

Compensation is $18.00/HR for this union position, eligible for overtime pay after working 8 hours a day Monday-Friday and time and a half for all hours worked on Saturdays.
