What you will do: 

The Customer Service & Sales Support Associate plays a critical role in supporting customers, sales representatives, and internal operations by delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, processing orders, coordinating order fulfillment, and supporting day-to-day sales activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while helping drive customer satisfaction and business growth.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Enter, process, and manage customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Create sales orders from approved customer quotes and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Support sales representatives with account management, quote preparation, order tracking, and customer follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate order entry, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules to ensure customers receive products on time.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions within CRM and business systems.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain department records, and provide general administrative support to the sales team.


Qualifications

 

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, order management, or administrative support preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or business-to-business (B2B) environment is a plus.
