PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

ThePicker- Nightwill fulfill and processcustomerorderswhilekeeping storageandstaging areas organized.Successfulcandidatemust be able tooperateapallet jackandfollow all applicable safety regulations.Bilingual Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Active, a physical role that includesoperatingan electric pallet jack

  • Organizing and palletizing products to build customer orders

  • Warp pallet after palletizing products

  • Keep the location areas and staging areas organized

  • Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner

  • Communicate warehouse concerns and safety issues to the warehouse manager

  • Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures

  • Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company

  • Other duties as assigned by management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures

  • Ability to safelyoperatean electric pallet jack

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Drug Screening will be REQUIRED

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Theemployeeisfrequentlyrequired to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and toreach withhands and arms. The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs and may occasionally lift and/or move up to75lbs

  • Repetitive hand use isrequired, including pushing andpulling up to 50lbs, reaching above shoulder

  • Frequent bending and squattingarerequired

  • The ability to endure physically demanding shifts and repetitive tasks is crucial

  • Successfullypassing the Human Performance Evaluation on Lift, Lift-Carry, Push-Pull and Repetitive Posture.

  • Must be able to worknight shift schedule

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
