What are some common challenges faced by order picker associates, and how can they be managed?

Order Picker Associates often manage challenges such as working in fast-paced environments, meeting strict accuracy and efficiency targets, and handling physically demanding tasks like lifting and moving heavy items. To succeed, it's helpful to develop strong organizational skills, maintain attention to detail, and use proper lifting techniques to avoid injuries. Many warehouses offer ongoing safety training and encourage teamwork, so being proactive in communicating with supervisors and coworkers can also help address issues quickly and ensure smooth operations.
