GrizzlyTrek is seeking one Order Management Professional to join our value-added client's team in Oakville, Ontario. This is a full-time contract position with strong potential for permanent conversion, supporting spare parts operations for steam turbine and compression product lines.

What You'll Do

  • Perform daily SAP order entry and transactions for your assigned portfolio
  • Manage orders end-to-end, from quotation through processing and expediting to delivery
  • Act as a liaison between Compression and Steam aftermarket customers and internal factories
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, coordinating quotations, ordering, logistics, and production activities
  • Communicate extensively with clients and internal teams across sales, supply chain, and logistics via email, phone, and Teams
  • Work with technical documentation such as drawings, tracking orders and resolving issues as they arise
  • Manage high-volume, detailed administrative and operational tasks with accuracy
What You Bring
  • North American Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a similar field
  • 2+ years of experience in international sales or marketing, order management, logistics, project management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of business, financial, and operational processes
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • A high level of critical thinking, with the ability to resolve high-impact, complex, and cross-functional problems
  • A self-starter who is highly professional, flexible, and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP
  • Familiarity with customs import and export regulations
  • Proficiency in contract language, supply chain processes, and repair processes
  • Technical aptitude, including the ability to read drawings
  • Knowledge of international shipping and Incoterms
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Background in supply chain, logistics, order management, or industrial environments
Work Environment
  • Hybrid schedule with approximately 3 days on-site in Oakville, Ontario
  • Complex, industrial-facing role supporting steam turbine and compressor operations
  • Highly collaborative and transparent team culture
  • Ongoing coaching, development, and regular growth discussions
What We Offer
  • Full-time contract with strong potential for permanent conversion
  • Hybrid schedule based in Oakville, Ontario
  • Heavy investment in training, with ongoing coaching and development
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
  • Opportunities for overtime based on operational requirements
  • Life insurance: $100,000 employee / $10,000 spouse / $5,000 per child
  • AD&D insurance with critical illness and cancer coverage
  • Extended health care: drugs, hospital, hearing, orthotics, nursing
