About the Role:
Terra Commercial Property Services is looking for a driven and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities operations in Peachtree City, GA. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic maintenance program, lead a skilled team, and keep commercial properties running at their best. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across commercial properties, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained
  • Lead, schedule, and supervise maintenance technicians and janitorial or subcontractor staff
  • Conduct routine property inspections and identify repair, preventive maintenance, or improvement needs
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and third-party contractors
  • Respond to and prioritize work orders, tenant maintenance requests, and emergency repairs
  • Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and source cost-effective materials and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards
  • Job will include smaller, hands on maintenance projects.  We are looking for someone who likes DIY projects!
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial property maintenance or facilities management
  • Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams or field technicians
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
  • Experience with work order management systems and preventive maintenance programs
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
