Job description

Pay Range: $25.00 - $40.00

About the job: Manage customer orders to support production of parts on Davenport multi-spindle screw machines.

Opportunities for growth: Training is provided to further the knowledge of inside sales and customer service specific to company policies and standards as well as other areas of the business.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Enter incoming orders verifying price, revision level and delivery date
  • Manage customer on-line portals to generate and modify orders
  • Generate routing sheets for needed part orders
  • Manage customer questions and issues including; delivery expedites and recovery plans.
  • Manage below safety stock program
  • Manage min / max program for high volume parts
  • Manage customer revision log
  • Manage on time delivery metric for all customers
  • Experience with internal audits and familiarity with quality standards including; IATF 16949-2016, ISO 9001-2015 and AS9100D is required.

Minimum Experience: 5 years related inside sales / customer service experience.
