The Opportunity
As a SAP Order to Cash Consultant, Manager, you will lead our clients in their customer transformation journey by reimagining exceptional experiences for their customers and employees while achieving their revenue growth goals. Within our SAP practice, you will focus on delivering business-led, technology-enabled change across the digital core and the latest in mobile, analytics, and cloud solutions. As a Manager, you will guide teams in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution, leveraging your skills to develop new solutions and recommendations.
In this role, you will be accountable for managing client accounts and leading teams to deliver on client expectations. You will mentor junior staff, fostering their development and encouraging them to take ownership of their personal growth. Your strategic planning and execution skills will be crucial in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to embrace technology and innovation, enhancing your delivery and inspiring others to do the same. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within our SAP practice, driving transformation and delivering value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading client engagements in SAP Order to Cash transformations, focusing on both traditional and XaaS business models
- Managing the implementation of SAP C/4 Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
- Guiding teams in the deployment of SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce, and SAP Subscription Billing solutions to optimize business processes
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process consulting skills to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Coaching team members to develop their skills and encouraging ownership of personal development
- Analyzing complex business issues and building meaningful recommendations to support client decision-making
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions informed by diverse viewpoints and global trends
- Simplifying complex messages and summarizing key points to facilitate understanding and consensus-building
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct in all client interactions and deliverables
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
