Order Fulfillment Process Leader - Beaver Dam, WI

Centro Inc. is a world-class leader in the rotational molding industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfillment Process Leader to join our team at our Beaver Dam, WI location.

The Order Fulfillment Process Leader is responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and inventory of raw materials, components, and finished products. This role requires close collaboration with manufacturing leaders and their teams to manage the production schedule and prevent delays or late shipments, while maintaining accurate inventories. Additionally, the ideal candidate will coordinate with external vendors and customers to ensure timely receipt of materials and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials and finished products.
  • Utilize ERP systems to track and manage inventory, orders, and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with production leaders to align production schedules with inventory levels and customer demands.
  • Work closely with our customers to deliver on-time delivery with exceptional service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identifying and resolving potential shortages or excess stock issues.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead and train team members involved in material handling and inventory management.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or similar environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory and order management.
  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to oversee processes and teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in inventory management and material handling.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
