Order Fulfillment Associate

Hartland, WI | Full-Time

The Opportunity Are you a dependable and detail-oriented individual looking for a stable, Monday-through-Friday role? We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in Hartland, WI. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations—ensuring that inventory is accurate and our customers receive their orders securely and on time.

What You Will Do

  • Order Processing: Accurately pull products from inventory based on order requirements and pack them securely for shipment.

  • Inbound & Outbound: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Label, stage, and load outgoing shipments.

  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records, assist with regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, and handle stock replenishment.

  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while operating basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.).

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines and follow all safety protocols.

What You Need (Qualifications)

  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably stand or walk for extended periods.

  • Work Ethic: Reliable attendance, punctuality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience: Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills are a plus.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Bonus Skills (Not Required): Forklift certification, experience with shipping software, and familiarity with shipping carriers/labeling systems are all strong pluses!

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

  • Pay: Competitive rate, based on experience.
