Job Overview

*This is a 12 month contract*

The analyst will focus on stakeholder satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of key account orders and on all intra-company, and customer requests. The analyst is transparent and will be able to easily show current status of all key account orders as well as adhoc report requests from stakeholders. The analyst will be the in-house resource for all key account shipping and order compliance requirements. The analyst will synthesize the wide range of both internal and external influences to help the department maintain one coherent front in meeting the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain order and shipment requirements guidelines for all Key Accounts. Work with Key Accounts salespeople to set-up shipment progress reporting. Manage inquiries from Key Accounts salespeople.
  • Follow Orders – Maintain shipment progress reporting for key account order tracking. Intervene when required to ensure adherence to key account delivery requirements.
  • Train on Order Requirements – Ensure logistics coordinators are fully versed on important steps including customer portal steps and milestones when contacting the customer is required.
  • Key Account Contact Lists – Create and maintain Key Account contact lists for order and delivery operations.
  • Key Account Meetings – Prepare customer driven reports for Key Accounts scheduled meetings. Attend scheduled meetings with Key Account Stakeholders and compose meeting notes.
  • Meet & Coordinate with interdisciplinary counterparts – Participate in Key Account Coordination Meetings with Analysts from other departments to help deliver consistent service from the entire supply chain.
  • Systems Maintenance – Ensure Web-Based order management tool and ERP reflect accurate information related to order metrics and shipping requirements.
  • Reporting - Prepare reports for monthly review meetings showing comparison of Key Performance indicators month over month. Prepare ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

  • Time Manager – The analyst possesses an ability to organize tasks and responsibilities that shift on a regular basis.
  • IT Literate – The analyst has a solid understanding of Microsoft office, especially excel and a strong acumen to learn the web-based order management software program used to manage customer orders/shipments.
  • Presentation Skills – The analyst spends much of their time explaining to others their actions/recommendations and order tracking. They must do so in an organized and simplified manner.
  • Creative Thinker – The analyst can think on their feet and devise creative solutions to various problems that arise.
  • Interpersonal Skills – The analyst completes a significant portion of their work while interacting with others. The analyst will also work closely with the Import Coordinators, Salespeople and Customers.
  • Experienced – The successful candidate will have 4 years or more of relevant work experience.
  • Bilingual – Functional in English & French.
