Job Title: Order Management Coordinator | Order Processing | ERP Support
Pay: $25-$30 per hour
Location: On-site (hybrid schedule - 3+ days in office)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to support customer order processing, documentation management, and transactional activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting cross-functional teams. You'll work closely with Order Management, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Operations teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, enter, and maintain customer orders within SAP or other ERP systems
  • Review customer purchase orders for completeness and accuracy
  • Collect and validate customer information required for order processing
  • Update orders to reflect revisions, schedule changes, delivery adjustments, and status updates
  • Process a high volume of transactions while maintaining exceptional accuracy
  • Prepare order confirmations, proforma invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate order records throughout the order lifecycle
  • Support Logistics by coordinating shipment readiness and delivery schedules
  • Monitor open orders and communicate status updates to internal teams
  • Assist Finance with invoicing preparation and customer documentation
  • Provide administrative support related to order management activities
  • Support special projects and additional operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, sales support, logistics, or administrative support
  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating with distributed teams
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate Degree preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Direct experience using SAP for order entry and order maintenance
