Duties include collecting orders over the phone, through email, and occasionally on paper and problem-solving, which often includes clarifying orders with salespeople who did not write information down entirely or correctly. You also follow orders through to fulfillment, answering any questions that may delay processing. You can often work this job in a remote setting.
