POSITION SUMMARY
The Intermediate Customer Service Representative independently manages a portfolio of customer accounts and acts as a primary liaison between customers and internal departments. This role builds and maintains strong customer relationships while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing, issue resolution, and communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Review incoming orders for contract compliance and accuracy
- Enter orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system
- Manage orders and related data throughout entire order lifecycle, including post-shipment and closure activities
- Coordinate and communicate all order revisions with internal teams
- Assist with complaints, order errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries
- Cross train with other Team members supporting different product lines to ensure coverage at all times
- Assist with audit preparation and participation as required
- Gather, analyze, and compile data for operational and management reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn ERP or other software programs
- Ability to multi-task
- Time management
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. ERP system (Made2Manage)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
- 2+ years related experience
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Certificate or degree in related field is a plus
Experience in manufacturing or oil & gas industries is a plus, but not required

TRAVEL
Occasional overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and /or air. Able to receive and maintain valid passport.
