Job Summary

The Order Processor is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, wrapping, staging, shipping, receiving, inventory control, equipment checks, housekeeping, and general warehouse accuracy. This role helps ensure customer orders are processed accurately, safely, and on time while following company procedures, safety standards, and warehouse performance expectations. 

The Order Processor works as part of the warehouse team to maintain smooth inbound and outbound flow, reduce errors, support on-time shipments, and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.

Shift: Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm (1 hour lunch and Break).

Pay Range is at $21.00-$26.25 CAD

Overtime might be required occasionally. 

Primary Duties
  • Pick, pack, wrap, strap, seal, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. 
  • Load, unload, receive, stage, move, and put away product as required. 
  • Use RF scanners, warehouse systems, and equipment accurately. 
  • Verify item numbers, quantities, packaging, labels, and shipping instructions. 
  • Follow shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation procedures. 
  • Conduct physical counts and support inventory accuracy. 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. 
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues. 
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely when trained and authorized. 
  • Support audits to reduce errors, mis-ships, claims, and rework. 
  • Assist with training and back-up warehouse functions when required. 
  • Follow all safety rules, company policies, and supervisor instructions. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
Qualifications
  • Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. with proper lifting methods and assistance when required. 
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, carry, push, and pull throughout the shift. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable. 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Good communication and basic problem-solving skills. 
  • Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items, and speak and actively listen. 
  •  Noise level is usually moderate. 
Education / Experience
  • Required High School Diploma or GED. 
  • 2 to 3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is highly preferred.  
  • Forklift, reach truck, stock picker, or dock stacker experience is required. 
  • Experienced with RF scanners or warehouse systems is highly preferred. 
  • Heavy-duty truck, automotive, industrial parts, or distribution experience is an asset.
