Orchard Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the daily operations of orchards where fruit and nut trees are cultivated. Their duties include planning and supervising planting, irrigation, pest control, harvesting, and overall crop management to ensure healthy and profitable yields. They also manage workers, maintain equipment, and may handle business aspects such as budgeting and marketing. Orchard Managers often need knowledge of horticulture, pest management, and sustainable agricultural practices. Their goal is to optimize both the quality and quantity of the orchard's produce.
