Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain & manicure the farm and orchard as a welcoming, beautiful public space, conducive to an educational and entertaining atmosphere.
  • Oversee fields, garden, and orchard facilities to meet FOF’s sustainability, experience and education goals.
  • Maintain records of farm production & crop protection.
  • Maintain farm equipment and facilities.
  • Foster positive relationships with the FOF staff, visitors, volunteers, and partner organizations.
  • Work with FOF staff and others to develop educational opportunities at the orchard and garden.
  • Actively engage in all apple and orchard production and maintenance.
  • Must be able to drive farm equipment.
  • Maintain events field.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
