ORAFOL Advanced TPU Films Division stands as a global leader in the aliphatic TPU market, renowned for producing high quality, optically clear films. Established in Massachusetts in 2015 as NUPRO Advanced TPU Films, the company was subsequentially integrated into the ORAFOL Americas group in 2021. Our Advanced TPU Films products serve as components in a vast range of demanding surface protection applications, encompassing transportation, electronics, aviation, medical and wind energy sectors.
ORAFOL Advanced TPU Films seeks candidates with exceptional decision-making abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Applicants must possess a positive "can-do" attitude and a strong sense of accountability while demonstrating rapid learning, drive, self-motivation, and strive for continuous improvement.
With a base rate of $23.00 per hour, plus shift differential, our Utility Workers are indispensable to the seamless operation of our daily production process. These workers ensure the continuous feeding of the extruder with resin by adding, blending, and drying batch components while adhering to established setup guidelines and training documents. Additionally, they are responsible for packaging and palletizing finished goods according to customer specifications.
Essential Functions:
  • Follow set up guidelines for each order
  • Ensure material recipes are followed
  • Conduct resin sample testing
  • Supply and cut packaging supplies
  • Package and palletize finished in accordance specifications
  • Operate fork truck as required
  • Comply with all personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety requirements

ORAFOL Advanced TPU Films operates on a 24/5 schedule. All full-time positions offer competitive compensation, a fully vested 401K program with company match upon eligibility, health, dental, and vision insurance available on the first of the month following hire, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) reimbursements, company-sponsored disability, basic life, AD&D insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Education Requirements:
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite Programs preferred

Work Experience:
  • At least 1 year Manufacturing Experience preferred

Aptitudes & Characteristics:
  • Must have the ability to frequently squat, bend and reach below shoulder level.
  • Must have the ability to occasionally climb, push, pull and reach above shoulder level.
  • Must have the ability to frequently lift 50 lbs.
  • Must have the ability to sand and walk for 8+ hours a day.
  • Must possess great decision-making skills and have precise attention to detail
  • Must has a positive "can do" attitude and a sense of accountability; takes initiative
  • Must be a fast learner, driven and self-motivated; strive towards continuous improvement
