Position: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA (2 Days Onsite)

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa independent consultants

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to implement, support, and optimize supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SCM processes
  • Configure and implement Oracle SCM modules such as:
    • Inventory Management
    • Order Management
    • Procurement (Purchasing)
    • Supply Planning / Demand Planning
  • Act as a functional SME, bridging business and technical teams
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions
  • Support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Assist in data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting functional issues
  • Work closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reports
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and training materials

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Functional Consulting
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, OM, Procurement, etc.)
  • Experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
  • Solid understanding of supply chain business processes
  • Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder communication
  • Knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
  • Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments
