Oracle APEX  Developer  Contract: C2C / W2 | 100% Remote (EST hours required)

seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Full Stack Developer to support a robust financial application that manages key revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and APEX for designing, developing, and integrating complex data solutions within the City’s Oracle ERP system.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as an Oracle APEX full stack developer, including requirements gathering and browser-based application development.

  • Proven track record designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle APEX.

  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL scripting skills for data conversion and migration.

  • Expertise in External Tables, Joins, Indexes, Sequences, ad-hoc SQL, and shell scripting.

  • Advanced performance tuning and query optimization skills (SQL Trace, Explain Plan, Indexing, Bulk Binds, Bulk Collect).

  • Ability to debug complex applications and resolve defects quickly.

  • Skilled in creating dynamic reports using APEX reporting tools.

  • Leadership abilities in requirement gathering, solution design, and defect remediation.
