Job Title Oracle WAM Principal Consultant (Functional)

Job Location: Plano TX.

Duration: 12+ Months.

Job Description:

Participate as the Oracle WAM expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients.

Deliver presentations to all levels of management.

Provide thought leadership on the development of new offerings.

Consults on governance, strategy, and transformation not just operations.

Build and maintain significant alliances and support across the client's business.

Lead complex Management of Change (MOC) initiatives.

Ensure knowledge capture sessions are arranged and executed while building HP consultant collateral.

Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.

Drive key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline. Lead the client interactions for workshop, defining the process flows, testing and go live activities.

Consult and advise clients on strategic business and technical alternatives. Leverage customer satisfaction through building business relationships and trust.

Commercially shape deals based on business benefit to client rather than actual cost to complete (value based pricing)identifying risk/reward opportunities and developing business cases to work with clients in new and different ways to mutual benefits.

Qualifications: 


3+ years of experience with Oracle WAM (Work and Asset Management) Application as Functional Consultant.

10+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with emphasis on WAM and processes.

Ability to travel 75% +.

Should have implemented at-least 3 implementations of Oracle WAM.

Provide Industry Expertise to Customers and internal project teams for solution development, specifically for Oracle WAM solutions.

Should be able to work independently with the client.

Able to manage 5 + resources. Experience with managing onsite/offshore teams (global teams).

Well versed with Oracle implementation methodology.
