Oracle Procurement Cloud

Location : Houston, TX

Duration : Long Term

Required Experience : 15-25yrs

Job Overview

The ERP Cloud Procurement Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement processes within our cloud-based ERP system. This role will involve developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead and mentor a team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement in our procurement processes.

Responsibilities

•             Lead the procurement team in managing all aspects of order processing, sourcing, and purchasing.

•             Oversee product and inventory management to ensure optimal levels are maintained.

•             Implement and manage ERP systems, particularly in relation to procurement and inventory management.

•             Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of procurement processes.

Required Skills

•             Order Management: The candidate must have a strong understanding of order management processes and systems, with the ability to manage and oversee all aspects of order processing.

•             Procurement: The candidate must have a solid background in procurement, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.

•             Product & Inventory Management: The candidate must have experience in managing product lines and maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet business needs.

•             A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

•             Oracle Cloud: Experience with Oracle Cloud applications would be beneficial.

•             Manufacturing: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems would be an advantage.

•             Project Management: Experience in managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
