We are hiring for Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant to join our CSS Inc Team. This position is a remote opportunity.

Job Description:  CSS is seeking an Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional who can thrive in an upbeat and innovative environment and collaborate with clients to deliver a state-of-the-art solutions. The Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant most possess an in-depth knowledge of Oracle Procurement, as well as industry best practice. This individual will continuously consult with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client’s business scenarios. This Oracle professional will define customer requirements in detail, document, and present to the client for approval and work to identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.

This position focuses on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of project implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement Applications. The Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant is expected to have expertise in Oracle Procurement Applications of both R12 and Oracle Cloud. The successful candidate will have completed two or more end to end implementations in EBS Release 12 and one end to end implementation in Cloud Procurement. This Oracle Professional will analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, along with recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary. This consultant will develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions and work with Oracle to resolve service requests.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  •  Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
  • Successfully, completed 2 -3 end to end Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations.
  • APICS or other supply chain certifications is a plus.
  • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions.
  • Experience with loading data with the FBDI load process.
  •  Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Prior experience leading or managing projects.

The Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant will work to load conversion data through the FBDI load process, and work to create specs for conversion, integration, modifications, and reports. This position will lead and direct the all phases of system life cycle including gather business requirements through business process workshops, analysis, design, configure and development solutions for Oracle Cloud Procurement applications, Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing, Go-Live preparation and cut-over support, and post-production support. This position will require travel.
