Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Developer with deep hands-on experience across Oracle HCM Cloud (SaaS). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical development skills (PL/SQL, integrations, reporting, UI frameworks) with solid functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules. This role works closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, build, and support scalable HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle HCM Development & Configuration
  • Design, develop, and support solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (SaaS).
  • Provide hands-on development support for Core HCM, Goal Management, Talent Management, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) related HCM processes.
  • Translate functional HCM requirements into technical designs and working solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HCM application issues across modules.

Technical Development
  • Write and optimize PL/SQL queries and scripts to support Oracle HCM reporting, integrations, and data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain BI Reports / OTBI / BI Publisher artifacts as required.
  • Support and enhance Reactive Pages and Redwood Pages within Oracle HCM.
  • Implement UI-related customizations and solutions using Visual Studio Code and Oracle-supported frameworks.
  • Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, and REST APIs.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) - HCM Analytics dashboards to support HR reporting and executive insights.
  • Build ad-hoc, real-time dashboards and KPIs based on HR team needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability of HR analytics solutions.

Integrations
  • Design, develop, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
  • Work with REST/SOAP web services for inbound and outbound HCM integrations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production integration issues and performance.

Collaboration & Support
  • Partner closely with HR, Talent, and Performance Management stakeholders.
  • Participate in solution design sessions, code reviews, and production deployments.
  • Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing system support.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud (SaaS).
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Core HCM
    • Goal Management
    • Talent Management
    • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - HCM side
  • Advanced skills in PL/SQL (writing complex queries against Oracle HCM data structures).
  • Experience working with Reactive Pages and Redwood UI in Oracle HCM.
  • Proficiency using Visual Studio Code for Oracle Cloud development tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for third-party integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle SaaS extensibility tools and limitations.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) - HCM Analytics.
  • Strong dashboard design skills for HR and leadership audiences.
  • Familiarity with OTBI and BI Publisher is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle security roles, HCM data security, and privacy considerations.
  • Prior experience supporting global HR implementations.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
