Job description

Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, integration, and deployment of Oracle Payroll Cloud modules
• Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified Implementation Professional will also collaborate with business stakeholders, HR practitioners, and technical teams to translate complex regulatory, tax, and organizational payroll processes into streamlined, automated cloud solutions
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
• Minimum six years of recent experience
• College degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required; certifications in Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, or Absence Management are often highly valued for lead roles is ideal
• SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing leadership experience
• Solution design and governance; Cross-functional coordination with Benefits, Time & Labor, Finance, and HR
• Payroll inbound and outbound integrations; Audit and reconciliation reporting
• Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and Payroll flow patterns
• Advanced union experience, including tax and reconciliation experience
• Multi-platform implementations and experience in payroll and HR data governance
