Job description

Meta's Enterprise Products team is seeking an Oracle OTM Application Manager to champion the platform in partnership with Supply Chain and Global Logistics workstreams. This is a functional, hands-on configuration role for someone experienced in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) as the primary platform, with working knowledge of Global Trade Management (GTM) as a complementary capability. This role will support Meta's end-to-end physical logistics operations-spanning consumer hardware and infrastructure programs-ensuring transportation planning, execution, visibility, and trade compliance processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with Meta's global distribution and deployment requirements.
Responsibilities
OTM Platform Ownership (Primary): Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Transportation Management, ensuring the platform is finely tuned to support shipment planning, load optimization, carrier selection, freight payment, and transportation execution-delivering a seamless, high-performance user experience across all transportation operations
• GTM Functional Support (Secondary): Provide configuration and operational support for Oracle Global Trade Management, including trade compliance screening, license/permit management, customs documentation, and landed cost calculations to ensure that shipments meet global regulatory requirements
• Functional & Technical Builder: Drive the configuration and blueprint for OTM solutions-including order management integration, shipment consolidation, routing guides, rate engines, carrier onboarding, and tracking/visibility-implementing processes either independently or in collaboration with integration partners for both business and engineering teams
• Solution Orchestrator: Serve as the end-to-end solution lead, translating supply chain objectives into technical deliverables and maximize the value of our OTM/GTM investment to thoughtfully deliver capabilities across a portfolio of first and third-party logistics tools
• Strategic Pillar Leadership: Own the functional roadmap for Transportation Management, driving logistics optimization, shipment visibility, carrier performance, cost management, and reporting to support secure, compliant, and reliable OTM operations
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience driving solution design & deployment in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), with demonstrated hands-on functional and technical configuration experience including shipment planning, load building, routing, rating, and carrier management
• 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) or equivalent trade compliance platforms, including classification, screening, license management, or customs documentation
• Prior ownership of OTM administration, including security, user access, workflow configuration, and agent-based automation
• Supply Chain & Logistics domain expertise with experience translating business objectives into technical solutions within a high-volume, multi-modal transportation environment
• Experience thriving in a complex and technically ambiguous environment
• Experience proactively focusing on product quality, platform health, and rapid time-to-value
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of international trade regulations
• Oracle OTM/GTM certification(s) or equivalent implementation partner credentials
• Experience articulating and influencing OTM/GTM best practices in partnership with supply chain operations, trade compliance, and engineering stakeholders
• Fluency with different integration mechanisms (XML, EDI, REST/ SOAP APIs) and custom tools leveraging Oracle OTM/GTM APIs, agents, and Power Data configurations
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign logistics workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., route optimization, carrier allocation, cost reduction, compliance automation)
• Experience supporting logistics operations for consumer electronics, hardware, high-tech manufacturing, or large-scale infrastructure supply chains
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Experience with transportation analytics, freight audit/payment, and carrier scorecarding
