Job description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Oracle CPQ Cloud, including Pricing, Quotation Configuration, Product Management, Items, and BOMs.
  • Design and develop extensions, interfaces, and integrations within Oracle CPQ Cloud.
  • Integrate Oracle CPQ Cloud with systems such as Oracle Order Management Cloud, Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, and Oracle EBS.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Participate in Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation.
  • Support Go-Live preparation, cutover activities, and post-production issues.
  • Provide functional consulting based on Oracle CPQ best practices and business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot integration and application issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud.
  • Experience configuring Pricing, Quotation Configuration, Product Management, Items, and BOMs.
  • Experience designing Oracle CPQ Cloud extensions and interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ integrations.
  • Experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRP, UAT, Go-Live, cutover, and production support.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience integrating Oracle CPQ Cloud with:
    • Oracle Order Management Cloud
    • Oracle Subscription Management Cloud
    • Oracle EBS
  • Knowledge of Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC).
  • Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with OCC is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to integrations with the Oracle CX suite is a plus.
  • Understanding of Oracle CPQ industry best practices and implementation methodologies
