Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Order Management Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management and related Supply Chain modules. The consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Order Management Cloud solutions.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) based on business processes.
  • Work with business users to understand order-to-cash processes and identify process improvements.
  • Configure order management flows, order orchestration, fulfillment, pricing, shipping, and invoicing processes.
  • Integrate Oracle Order Management with related Oracle Fusion modules including Inventory, Procurement, Receivables, Shipping, and Pricing.
  • Work on order capture, order fulfillment, returns, cancellations, substitutions, and backorders.
  • Define and configure Order Management orchestration processes and business rules.
  • Develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, extensions, and customizations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other integration technologies.
  • Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot Order Management issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle Order Management / Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
  • Experience with Order Management orchestration and fulfillment.
  • Experience integrating OM with:
    • Oracle Inventory
    • Oracle Receivables
    • Oracle Pricing
    • Oracle Shipping
    • Oracle Procurement
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM configurations and functional setups.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and production support.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Order Management certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM implementations/upgrades.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
