We are seeking a high-performing, curious, and motivated software engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong software development fundamentals, a passion for learning, and an interest in solving complex business problems in a large-scale enterprise environment. While prior PeopleSoft experience is not required, successful candidates will have to demonstrate strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn enterprise application development platforms and business systems. There will be multiple phases of candidate evaluation to include onsite scenario-based assessments to evaluate a candidate's competency to learn new skills related to PeopleSoft. We will provide training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you grow into the role. What You'll Do • Design, develop, test, and support enterprise software solutions
• Learn and leverage delivered capability as much as possible
• Work with senior developers and business stakeholders to implement enhancements and solve technical problems
• Learn and develop within the PeopleSoft ecosystem, including integrations, workflows, and custom applications
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and continuous improvement efforts
• Develop integrations and interfaces between enterprise systems and modern applications/services
