About the team

Worldpay, LLC seeks Contracts Integration Specialist in Cincinnati, OH to implement a strong technical understanding of the DocuSign software application, including methods for integrating it with external platforms such as Salesforce and other modern web-based technologies (e.g., Angular).

What you will be doing

The Contracts Integration Specialist will connect with the DocuSign REST API framework with Salesforce Apex development. Additionally, the role will:

  • Utilize Salesforce OmniStudio framework for document generation Develop core versions of software applications for external clients, identifying client purchasing needs and technical specifications in collaboration with Product Management and client representatives, and working with engineering teams to support design changes in equipment or software.
  • Train and communicate with clients regarding system applications, interpreting requirements, and breaking them down into logical technical components.
  • Perform technical architecture, system design, user interface, and user experience.
  • Decompose complex technical designs into manageable elements and oversee work assigned to offshore technical resources is important.
  • Analyzing, design, build, and testing applications for local, networked, or internet environments.
  • Interact with product managers and users to define system requirements and recommend modifications, participating in software design meetings, and analyzing user needs to determine technical requirements.
  • Write technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements, completing installation and maintenance documentation, and delivering presentations to both technical and business audiences-internally and externally-are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or related field and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with programming technologies including .NET; utilizing RDBMS including Oracle and MS SQL databases; working with tools including Workbench, Salesforce Inspector, Postman, REST APIs, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD); implementing integration with Salesforce and migration to REST APIs using DocuSign; working with Program Increment model of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development methodology; participating in Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions; and developing common templates that enhance efficiency and consistency across various banking system in Adobe Acrobat. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and five (5) years of experience in the above listed skills. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policy. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Docusign eSignature Administration Pro & Docusign eSignature Template Pro Certifications Required.
