NetSuite Integration Engineer
5-Month Contract | Pittsburgh, PA (Local Candidates Only) | $75-$90/hr
Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with a growing organization undergoing a significant NetSuite implementation and enterprise systems transformation. We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Integration Engineer to support the integration of more than 70 business applications into a centralized NetSuite environment.
This role requires a professional with strong technical expertise in NetSuite development and integration, coupled with a solid understanding of accounting and finance processes. The selected consultant will work closely with accounting, finance, and technology teams to develop integrations, automate workflows, and ensure the integrity of critical business data.
Position Details
  • Contract Length: 5 Months
  • Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid/Remote)
  • Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite with some flexibility; candidates must be local to the Pittsburgh area
  • Compensation: $75-$90/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Build and support REST and SOAP APIs to enable secure, scalable system connectivity.
  • Develop NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Create automated workflows and data synchronization processes across ERP, CRM, payroll, banking, and operational systems.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation efforts.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and integration specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and audit readiness across integrated systems.
  • Optimize and enhance existing integrations to improve performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of NetSuite development and administration experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on integration experience.
  • Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and NetSuite Web Services.
  • Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Strong SQL, ETL, data mapping, and data transformation experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of accounting and financial processes, including:
    • General Ledger
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Revenue Recognition
    • Financial Reporting
    • Month-End Close
  • Experience integrating NetSuite with external business systems and applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer or ERP Consultant Certification.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud Certification.
  • Accounting degree, CPA, or extensive accounting systems experience.
  • Experience with middleware, iPaaS, and enterprise integration platforms.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations and complex system environments.
