Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Implement and support Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony/CTI integrations
  • Configure and troubleshoot collector calling capabilities, click-to-dial functionality, call logging, and collector workbench integrations
  • Build and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS, telephony systems, and third-party applications
  • Develop and support REST/SOAP APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and data transformations within OIC
  • Perform integration monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
  • Support Oracle EBS customizations, interfaces, workflows, and integration-related enhancements
  • Assist with migration, deployment, testing, and production support activities
Required Skills
  • 7+ years of Oracle integration and middleware experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Mandatory experience with Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony/CTI setup and integration
  • Experience integrating Oracle EBS with external applications and telephony platforms
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Advanced Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules
  • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSLT, JSON, FTP/SFTP integrations
  • Experience working with Oracle EBS R12 environments
