Experience in the standard Oracle HCM cloud modules Core HR, Recruitment Language skill Fluent in Spanish English both verbal and written communication3 years of experience as HCM Cloud either Functional or Techno-functional consultant configuring Oracle HCM Core HR and Recruitment modules Expert in understanding the business requirements and standard Oracle solution documentation templates.
Should know how to document and explain the solution to both in Spanish English-speaking customers.
Experience in running the Product demos and Design workshops independently.
Comfortable with Process-flows Functional-flows in Oracle HCM Modules Flexible to work in US time zone and India time zones on need basis.
