About the role
We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional with experience in Oracle Identity Management Suite to support enterprise authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to one or more Oracle IdM components in an on-premises environment and be eager to work in a secure, enterprise-scale infrastructure.
  • This role is fully onsite in Reston, VA (5 days per week required)

What you'll do
  • Support and maintain Oracle IAM infrastructure and applications
  • Assist with administration and configuration of OAM, OID/OUD, OAG, and/or OIG components
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and provisioning issues
  • Monitor IAM services and ensure system availability and security compliance
  • Participate in user onboarding/offboarding and access certification processes
  • Work with application teams to integrate applications with IAM solutions
  • Document configurations, procedures, and operational processes

Qualifications
  • US Citizen, with an active TS/SCI Full-Scope Poly Clearance
  • 1+ year of experience working with Oracle Identity Management (IdM) Suite components in an on-premises environment
  • Experience with one or more of the following Oracle IdM technologies: o Oracle Access Manager (OAM) o Oracle Internet Directory (OID) / Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
    • Oracle API Gateway (OAG)
    • Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)
  • Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts including:
    • Authentication and authorization
    • Single Sign-On (SSO) o User provisioning and deprovisioning
    • LDAP directories o Access governance
  • Experience supporting IAM applications, troubleshooting access issues, and working with security teams
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and basic scripting is a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred

Preferred
  • Experience in enterprise security or IAM projects
  • Knowledge of LDAP, SSO, MFA, and identity governance concepts
  • Exposure to Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle databases is a plus
