Job description

The Oracle ERP & EPM Business Operations Leader will be responsible for building and
executing a unified operations framework post-system implementation, driving risk
mitigation, strengthening execution discipline across departments, accelerating issue
resolution, and translating strategic vision into actionable plans.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Post-Go-Live Operations Management
• Establish and execute a coordinated support model integrating Finance, HR, IT,
and Procurement functions around Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM modules.
• Develop and maintain a central operational playbook for business processes and
escalation management.
 
Risk Mitigation & Continuity:
• Implement robust process controls, documentation standards, and handoff
procedures to ensure continuity and minimize dependency on individual
personnel.
• Oversee stability and integrity of public sector reporting and audits for long-term
institutional resilience.
 
Issue Resolution:
• Build and manage ticket triage and prioritization systems with clear KPIs and
response timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Prevent delays in critical business functions, such as payroll, budgeting, and
reporting, and reduce stress on senior finance personnel.
 
Cross-Functional Execution:
• Coordinate handoffs and dependencies across Finance, HR, and Technology

project delivery.
 
Strategic Roadmap Translation:
• Partner with leadership to transform strategic goals into tangible, time-bound
