Coordinate assigned deliverables by maintaining task lists and trackers, preparing files, monitoring deadlines, communicating status updates, and documenting exceptions.

Run recurring audits using established procedures, including minimum wage compliance, Oracle HCM data integrity, Supply Chain step progression wages, grade rates, salary ranges, wage tables, and program eligibility.

Prepare, validate, upload, and review employee data, eligibility files, planning data, bonus assignment data, audit outputs, Finance accrual files, and reports in Payfactors and Oracle HCM.

Identify discrepancies, documentation gaps, reporting issues, missing or inconsistent information, and process questions; summarize findings and escalate complex or non-routine items as appropriate.

What You Bring to the Table:

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, track deliverables, balance priorities, and follow established procedures.

Sound judgment with the ability to recognize when escalation is needed and address non-routine issues appropriately.

Customer-service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively and provide timely, accurate support to internal partners and stakeholders.

Curiosity and willingness to learn compensation systems, reports, processes, and operational procedures.

Ability to improve repeatable workflows and translate data findings into clear summaries, follow-up items, or recommended next steps.

What's needed: Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.

1+ years of related experience in compensation, HR, finance, accounting, data analytics, HR operations, payroll, or a related field.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, lookups, and basic data validation, with basic analytical skills to compare data, identify discrepancies, and summarize findings.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings, summarize data issues, and recommend next steps.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HRIS, compensation, payroll, reporting, finance, or business intelligence platforms, including report validation and audit support.

Experience supporting Finance accruals, payroll reporting, incentive calculations, or recurring financial reporting processes.

Experience documenting standard operating procedures, process maps, audit steps, or reporting processes.
