We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Tech Lead Implementation Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion applications across Finance, HCM, SCM, or related modules. The Tech Lead will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.)
  • Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and middleware tools
  • Customize and extend Oracle Fusion applications using BI Publisher, OTBI, BIP reports, and Fast Formulas
  • Oversee data migration and conversion activities using FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle tools
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and technical consultants
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support
  • Maintain documentation for technical designs, integrations, and customizations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle applications, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead on at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Strong expertise in: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP) & OTBI reporting, REST/SOAP web services, Data migration tools (FBDI, HDL)
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and XML/JSON technologies
  • Experience with security setup, role-based access, and data security in Oracle Fusion
