Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Re-engineering: Analyze current "as-is" workflows to identify inefficiencies and design optimized "to-be" processes aligned with industry best practices.
  • Implementation Oversight: Lead or support the end-to-end deployment, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Change Management: Develop training programs and communication plans to facilitate user adoption and manage organizational resistance during digital transitions.
  • Project Governance: Manage timelines, budgets, and risks while reporting progress to executive stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Post-Implementation Optimization: Monitor system performance post-go-live, troubleshoot issues, and advise on future upgrades or enhancements to maximize ROI

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 18+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Implementation (EBS + Oracle Fusion)
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules such as SCM, HCM, PPM
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion including implementation and support roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based ERP systems and their integration with other business applications.
  • Ensure seamless data migration of historical transactions using Oracle Data Management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address ERP issues.
  • Advanced experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware platforms, Extracts, outbound interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs, and Postman.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT; an MBA is highly preferred in the US consulting market.
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA) and reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Proficiency in data integration tools and SQL.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Applications HCM Process Essentials Certified Architect, Oracle Fusion ERP Specialist) are a plus.
