Job description

Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Type: Full-time

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established global organization to hire an Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst supporting its manufacturing and supply chain technology environment.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a long-term enterprise transformation as the organization transitions from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will work at the intersection of manufacturing operations, supply chain, business systems, and IT, helping ensure the new Oracle environment supports day-to-day operations and future growth.

This is not a developer or infrastructure-focused position. The ideal candidate brings strong functional Oracle Fusion knowledge within Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain and is comfortable working directly with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a functional resource for Oracle Fusion applications supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders to translate operational needs into system improvements.
  • Support the organization's ongoing transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including functional testing, business readiness, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot application and process issues, determine root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal technology teams and external partners.
  • Support user access, security roles, approvals, and application governance processes.
  • Assist with functional configuration, application changes, upgrades, and release readiness.
  • Review upcoming Oracle releases and help evaluate potential business impacts or opportunities.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, regression testing, deployment activities, and hypercare for system changes and projects.
  • Use Oracle/SQL queries when needed to validate data, investigate issues, and support reporting requirements.
  • Partner with data and reporting teams to improve access to operational information and KPIs.
  • Work with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate where appropriate to support reporting, automation, and business processes.
  • Maintain clear documentation around system processes, testing, access controls, and application changes.
  • Support validation and compliance activities within a controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve system adoption, and increase operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of relevant business systems, ERP, manufacturing technology, or related experience.
  • At least 2–4 years of ERP experience, with strong preference for hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or closely related Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Understanding of ERP functional configuration, workflows, business processes, and data movement between systems.
  • Experience partnering with both business operations and technical/IT teams.
  • Ability to support projects through requirements, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Oracle queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Strong communication, documentation, training, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage issues and smaller initiatives while working within larger enterprise programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Background

Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is highly valued, including industries such as:

  • Food or beverage
  • Consumer packaged goods
  • Nutritional products
  • Pharmaceutical or OTC manufacturing
  • Other GMP-regulated operations

Exposure to GMP/cGMP, FDA requirements, HACCP, validation practices, or computer system validation (CSV) is a plus.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

You will be joining the organization during an important stage of a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation, giving you the opportunity to help shape how new systems and processes are adopted across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

The position offers visibility across multiple business functions, exposure to a major enterprise technology initiative, and the ability to have a direct impact on how critical plant systems operate.
