We are actively seeking seasoned Senior Financial Analysts to join our network of interim professionals. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be embedded within client finance teams to support strategic initiatives, optimize reporting frameworks, and deliver actionable insights that shape executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting – Build and refine dynamic models to support budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis
  • Performance Analysis – Analyze KPIs, variance drivers, and operational metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Reporting & Dashboards – Design and automate reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to enhance visibility and reduce manual effort
  • Strategic Support – Partner with cross-functional teams (Ops, Sales, HR) to evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
  • Audit & Compliance Prep – Assist with audit readiness, SOX documentation, and financial controls as needed
  • Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and implement best practices for scalability and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, budgeting cycles, and enterprise reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
  • Proven success in fast-paced, project-driven environments
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
