Job description

Oracle Fusion Financials Analyst
The Oracle Fusion Financials Analyst serves as a strategic partner to Accounting, Finance, and IT teams for implementation, configuration, solution design, and support. Collaborates with IT groups and business users to define business requirements, configuration, and maintenance of the Oracle Finance Cloud module.
The incumbent should be able to perform all of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the job performance requirements.
1. Leads and participates in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
2. Translates business requirements into effective, scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
3. Provides functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, project accounting, and procurement.
4. 4. Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications, including initiating, coordinating, and managing escalations with Oracle product support to drive timely resolution of complex system issues.
5. Supports Finance teams during month-end close processes and provides ongoing operational support.
6. Develops, maintains, and updates end-user training materials, including documentation, videos, and related resources.
7. Prepares test cases and scripts. Leads and guides teams through quarterly release testing to support smooth upgrades and minimize business disruption.
8. Facilitates workshops and develops functional specifications for reports, extensions, integrations, and related system enhancements.
9. Prepares reports and documentation related to user testing, IT planning, project activities, and implementation support.
10. Coordinates directly with Oracle product support to submit, monitor, and resolve service requests.
11. Domestic U.S. travel may be required.
