Oracle EPM Engineer / Analyst
Location: Grapevine, TX (Onsite - 5 Days/Week)
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Engineer / Analyst to support and enhance enterprise financial planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions. In this role, you will design, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including FCCS and PBCS, while partnering with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to improve financial close processes, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
What You'll Do
  • Design, configure, and support Oracle FCCS, PBCS, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management applications
  • Maintain and optimize financial consolidation, planning, and reporting solutions
  • Support month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform system enhancements, and validate releases
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and user-friendly financial reporting solutions using Oracle EPM tools and Smart View
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
  • Support integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems
  • Provide end-user support, documentation, and knowledge transfer
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and continuous process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including FCCS, PBCS, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise EPM solutions
  • Strong understanding of financial close, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and journal entries
  • Experience troubleshooting, upgrading, testing, and supporting Oracle EPM applications
  • Proficiency with Oracle Smart View, Microsoft Excel, and Oracle EPM reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial consolidation processes
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications
  • Experience with Groovy scripting, Calculation Manager, or Business Rules
  • Experience integrating Oracle EPM with SAP, Workday, Navision, or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with FDMEE, EPM Automate, or other Oracle Data Management tools
  • Experience supporting production financial systems in large enterprise environments
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Additional Information
  • Onsite position in Grapevine, TX, five days per week
  • Ability to provide occasional after-hours support during financial close cycles or system maintenance
