Job Title: ERP Business Systems Analyst (Oracle EBS)
Location: Beaverton, OR
Experience: 7–10 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ERP Business System Analyst with strong Oracle EBS experience to support and optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes. The role bridges business operations and IT, focusing on ERP system ownership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Oracle EBS for demand planning, purchasing, inventory, and production scheduling
  • Collaborate with IT to define requirements, implement enhancements, and optimize ERP solutions
  • Lead ERP upgrades, migrations, and system improvements
  • Drive process optimization to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance inventory performance
  • Analyze data and generate insights using SQL and reporting tools
  • Support global/multi-site manufacturing operations
  • Provide user training, testing (UAT), and ongoing system support

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Oracle EBS experience in supply chain/manufacturing (mandatory)
  • 5+ years in ERP / Business Systems / Supply Chain roles
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory, and production processes
  • Ability to work between business and IT teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or ERP transformations
  • Experience in global ERP deployments or system migrations
  • Experience leading ERP cutover activities
  • Manufacturing environment experience
