Job description

Role: Oracle EBS Security Support

Location: Washington, DC 20005 ( Onsite with Hybrid)

Duration: (12+ Months Contract & Part- time role)

Job Summary:
The Consultant will be modernizing the financial business processes for USAC, to include implementing Oracle EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Task Description:

This request is to support Release 2 Security on a part-time basis while also supporting Release 1 O&M on a limited basis.

Required skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle E-Business Suite Applications
  • Experience with endpoint protection and endpoint detect response (EDR).
  • Perform security testing including monthly security scans on servers and send monthly scan results.
  • Management of project POAMS working with developers to address vulnerabilities across all development components.
  • Implementation of development and delivery processes that eliminate cybersecurity vulnerabilities and other system defects.
  • Perform periodic reviews to ensure compliance with all information security and privacy requirements.
  • Implement and maintain a Security Program Plan (SPP) to address new processes, procedures, technical or federally mandated security controls and other contract requirement modifications or additions that affect the security of IT resources under contract.
  • A robust security SME to provide hands-on technical support in a hybrid security environment.
  • Design, implement, tune, and manage security solutions for development, applications, platforms, and environments while integrating existing security tools.
  • Identify weaknesses and countermeasures, perform vulnerability assessments, and provide timely assessment reports to key stakeholders.  
  • Have experience with Firewalls, WAFs, Nessus Tenable, Qradar, AppSider and Guardium.

  • Experience collaborating cross functionally and managing stakeholder relationships
