Job description

We have recently completed the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, encompassing Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence, T&L, Payroll, and HR Helpdesk modules. We are seeking an experienced individual to assist with ongoing support, integrations, testing, and future module implementations.
The role involves providing both technical and some functional support for the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM application, serving as the Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)
This assignment primarily involves remote work. It is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee technical team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, including modules like HCM Core, Recruiting, Time and Labor, Absence, Payroll.Benefits and Helpdesk
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Design and build Integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, BIP Reports
  • Develop and Support Extensions, Workflows, Fast Formulas, customizations/personalizations using HCM design studio, Page & application composer & Visual builder Studio
  • Design and develop ad-hoc BIP/OTBI reporting solutions for complex query needs of the business
  • Address system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented HCM Cloud solutions and engage Oracle Support and other technical resources to research and resolve issues
  • Support testing of patch/upgrade, reports, new configurations, and workflows.
  • Oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture, tables, data flows, and their relationship to the supported business applications. Utilize the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.

Must Have
  • Must have ability to multitask under pressure handling various deadlines
  • Must have at least 5 years indepth experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and functionalities.
  • Must have at least 5 years of hands on knowledge of writing and troubleshooting extremely complex SQL and PL/SQL queries written by others
  • Must have at least 5 years of solid hands on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports,OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composers & Visual Builder Studio)
  • Must have familiarity and knowledge of OIC Integrations
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skilks
  • Must have knowledge of cloud computing including SaaS and PaaS
  • Must have strong aptitude to isolate problems, addressing immediate needs, analyzing ramifications, and implementing solutions.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and must be highly proficient with Excel, Word & PowerPoint

  • Experience with HCM Cloud Security is a plus
  • Experience with Oracle BICC Extracts and PVOs
  • Hands on experience building HCM Cloud integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Hands on knowledge of Oracle VBS and experience working with Redwood UI.
  • Strong Payroll,OTL & Absence functional expertise is a plus
