The work: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle.

  • Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle.

  • Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations, meeting cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require three days per week in the office. May also consider qualified candidates in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimumof 8 years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter

  • Strong understanding of data accessibility, usability, and performance optimization.

  • Oracle Cloud Certification
