Description:
Summary
  • Lead program-level oversight of large-scale data center network deployments rather than performing hands-on network implementation.
  • Track deployment execution, remove blockers, manage escalations, and ensure milestones are delivered on schedule.
  • Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to improve deployment processes, documentation, and operational readiness.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to increase deployment consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Support Meta's AI Supercluster initiative by coordinating multiple workstreams across a 24/7 deployment environment.

Must-Have Skills
  • 10+ years of Network Engineering experience.
  • Large-scale network deployment experience (enterprise or data center).
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, redundancy, and network deployment methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating complex infrastructure deployments across multiple teams.
  • Program leadership with the ability to drive deliverables, remove blockers, and manage escalations.
  • Process improvement and operational excellence mindset.
  • Experience leveraging automation (Python, scripting, orchestration, or automation frameworks).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
