About the Job You're Considering

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management Solution Architect with expertise in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and complex manufacturing industries. This individual will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives for global clients by combining enterprise solution architecture, business transformation consulting, delivery leadership, and market-facing growth responsibilities.

In addition to leading Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, you will help develop go-to-market strategies, support sales pursuits, lead solutioning activities, and define transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business value. You will collaborate with client executives, Capgemini industry leaders, Oracle alliance partners, sales teams, and global delivery teams to design and implement innovative Oracle Cloud solutions that drive sustainable operational and strategic outcomes.

This role requires a combination of deep Oracle Cloud SCM expertise, Aerospace & Defense industry knowledge, consulting leadership, delivery experience, and business development acumen.

Your Role
  • Serve as the lead Solution Architect for Oracle Cloud SCM transformation programs within Aerospace & Defense and complex manufacturing organizations.
  • Lead client workshops and business process discovery sessions to understand current-state operations, future-state requirements, and transformation objectives.
  • Architect end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM solutions across Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated Oracle Cloud solutions aligned to industry best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on supply chain transformation, technology modernization, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Lead solution design, configuration strategy, testing, training, change management, data migration, deployment, and post-production support activities.
  • Provide leadership to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle while mentoring consultants and solution architects.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to design interfaces between Oracle Cloud SCM and surrounding enterprise systems.
  • Lead architecture governance and ensure solutions align with business requirements, technical standards, and implementation objectives.
  • Support business development activities by identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts and assisting with strategic account expansion efforts.
  • Partner with Client Partners, Sales Leaders, and Oracle Alliance teams to develop go-to-market strategies and build Oracle Cloud SCM pipeline opportunities.
  • Lead or support pursuit activities including client presentations, discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, executive briefings, proposal development, effort estimation, and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Provide advisory services across broader technology-enabled business transformation initiatives, including ERP assessments, application strategy, solution architecture, vendor evaluations, implementation planning, and program recovery efforts.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of Oracle Supply Chain Management implementation and consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading Oracle Cloud SCM implementations in a Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Program Leadership capacity.
  • Deep expertise in: Oracle Cloud Order Management, Oracle Cloud Inventory Management, Oracle Cloud Procurement, Oracle Cloud Logistics, Oracle Cloud Planning (preferred)
  • Extensive Aerospace & Defense industry experience supporting OEMs, defense contractors, aviation organizations, government suppliers, or complex industrial manufacturing clients.
  • Strong understanding of Aerospace & Defense business processes, including:  Program-Based Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Make-to-Order (MTO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Inventory Optimization, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Distribution, Supplier Collaboration, Manufacturing Operations.
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments and supporting compliance-driven supply chain operations.
  • Proven success leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation programs and managing cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications in two or more SCM functional areas strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and pursuit activities for Oracle Cloud SCM transformation programs.
  • Experience developing proposals, implementation strategies, commercial estimates, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to articulate business value and align technology investments to strategic business outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with Oracle sales organizations, alliance partners, and delivery teams to develop and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration, digital transformation, and business process optimization.
  • Experience supporting RFPs, RFQs, competitive pursuits, and complex multi-million-dollar transformation engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 103,879 - $ 282,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
