JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic Oracle Cloud Integration Lead to join our premier client in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, focusing on the Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead strategic initiatives for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules implementation, focusing on Financial, Procurement, and Project solutions to drive business transformation
  • Partner with key stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into streamlined Oracle Fusion solutions that enhance operational efficiency
  • Design and implement robust financial system configurations leveraging Oracle Fusion best practices to enhance process automation
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through hands-on configuration, testing, and innovative problem-solving of Oracle Fusion modules
  • Architect specialized solutions for construction industry requirements, focusing on job costing, project billing, and project management workflows
  • Spearhead the development of seamless integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party platforms using OIC, REST APIs, and modern middleware solutions
  • Establish and nurture cross-functional team partnerships to deliver secure, scalable integrations and comprehensive reporting solutions
  • Create impactful business insights through advanced reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other analytics platforms
  • Orchestrate and optimize integration ecosystems connecting Oracle Fusion with construction software, payroll systems, and banking platforms
  • Lead data governance initiatives to maintain the highest standards of data quality and system performance
  • Drive architectural excellence in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations by providing strategic oversight for transformational initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define and execute project roadmaps that deliver measurable business value
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors to maximize system capabilities
  • Foster organizational success through clear documentation, architectural guidance, and effective training programs
  • Support business growth through strategic initiatives as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of experience in finance systems support, with a strong background in ERP and accounting systems
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules
  • Technical aptitude with proven ability to support complex finance systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and modern middleware solutions
  • Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud security configurations
  • Experience implementing cloud-based ERP solutions in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with data models and integration architectures
ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Application Express (APEX)
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and SOC compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Python, SQL, and PL/SQL for custom solutions
