Job Description/Responsibilities
The IT Order to Cash Manager serves as the strategic technology partner for the Customer Service, Planning, Commercial Operations & Finance, and Compliance teams. This role combines Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Solution Architecture responsibilities to drive digital capabilities across the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order management, pricing, invoicing, trade promotions, and accounts receivable. Also, involves tracking inventory movements thru the end-to-end cycle for compliance reporting. The role ensures that technology solutions align with business objectives, industry best practices, and enterprise architecture standards while delivering scalable and integrated platforms that improve operational efficiency, revenue realization, and customer experience.
This position can be remote in the following states: AL, AR, DE, DC, FL, GA, IA, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, NH, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, and VA only.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary IT partner for Order to Cash business stakeholders, including Customer Service, Planning, Commercial Operations & Finance, and Compliance teams.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into technology roadmaps and solution strategies aligned with enterprise IT architecture.
  • Facilitate demand intake, prioritization, and value assessment for O2C initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on technology capabilities, innovation opportunities, and industry best practices in CPG.
  • Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture for Order to Cash processes, ensuring integration across ERP, CRM, trade promotion, and analytics platforms
  • Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture principles, integration standards, security policies, and data governance frameworks.

Qualifications/Requirements
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, including business-facing roles
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Order to Cash processes
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong understanding of CPG industry processes, including retailer relationships and trade management
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and enterprise applications
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Bonus Skills
  • Experience with reporting platforms
  • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
  • Experience with ERP software, Oracle Fusion Cloud
